merry xmaaaas.

this is pretty sad. i am a day late for my xmas post. what is up with that. sigh. but then again, i was pretty busy. so whatevers :)

but you know, this year didn't really feel like christmas to me. i think MAYBE it was because i'm in singapore..its kinda sort of really fricken hot here. so not frosty and snowy and snuggly like its supposed to be like. even in hong kong, its just really uber cold. not toasty. then again, who can control the weather.

so the day didn't start off very well. because after the huge xmas eve party with a BARTENDER the previous night, me and my sister were literally comatose. but my mother had to drag us off to church service. and you know singapore churches are like...snorefests. not only that, but there was NO VENTILATION! and it was like what, 30 something degrees celsius!? so there we were, hot sweaty and sleepy, listening to a hour long prayer in a desolate tent.

not the greatest. but then we went to a mall and you KNOW how much that cheers me up ;) so we ate yummy japjap food and then went to an electronic shop. o. m. g. i am officially in love with this camera. its the sony 330. i swear. it is. like. WALOSOGJGNOANLF. its a primary lens camera though. so no zoom, its mainly for figure portraits and stuff. but....thats my favourite type of photo anyway! and if you buy it it comes with 2 more lenses WITH zoom. pretty much covers everything.

dollapore

smell of fresh air, blue sky, 26°C, no gum.....why, this must be singapore! yes. indeed. i am in the homeland, babehsssss :))

and guess why the title is DOLLAPORE. got it? no? i don't care. let me illustrate the process. Singapore>Spore>$pore>Dollapore. witty, ain't it. this is such a pop the collar moment. anyway, enough of that piddlydiddly. it is so nice here! i'm serious. for the first time in months, i can actually see the clouds as white cotton wool bits like the movies show them, not like grey lumps of muck drifting around like they do in HK.

whats more, i just ate a ton. lets elaborate. fried beancurd with veggies and meat, noodles with prawn and pork, rice with soya sauce and roasted duck. and bandung. which is rose syrup with milkk. not usually my type of thing, but still well yum yum! i think im obese now.

daddy wants to move back here. he denies it, but i see it. he probably misses being a surgeon. plucking maggots and stuff. ew. singapores nice and all, but i dont want to move back ): my whole life is in HK. all my friends, all my stuff. imagine studying in sg. horrendous! waay too one-dimesional for my taste.

2 weeks of nothing

in a few days time, im going to be on a plane to sunny singapore. where i shall lounge around. and eat. and sleep. and shop. and enjoy christmass :) sounds fantaz right? yeahh....it is!

this is a short post as i have to get back to homework......NO! i refuse to be that boring fuddy duddy who has only homework to do! i have to get back to......renting a private helicopter to send me to the bahamas where i am meeting the queen of england to pick out pink golf clubs for her garden when obama drops by to eat scones. cough cough.

oh who am i kidding. as of now, i am in fact, a boring fuddy duddy x 100. ): sorry jomo or claron or whoevers reading this. you are now bestowed with the permission to remove my blog from your list of things to do on the internet. sigh.

i must seem like a tres boring person, talking about homework all the time. well too bad. as a student thats mostly ALL THAT HAPPENS. anyway. icon discussion! :)

90210 came out today! freaking intense. but one of the best eps. ever. annie finds out, ade is back, and...NAOMI AND LIAMM!!! yes. they are together i think, or that kiss was random. love that couple!

anyway. i finished my design brief finally, and i brought it to school to find a big folder. i found one! and i lined it with shiny fabric. one step further. hahaha. actually claron lined it. thanks if youre reading!

so whooopeeedoooo im done with that. but i still have english essay and also my gay geo brochure to do. i swear, one day i will eradicate geo from the earth. who actually gives a tiny rat's arse about TPC? nobody.

oh and i got my lowest mark ever for science. 3, 3. criteria D and E. wtf! she stamped NEEDS A TITLE all over my work. and i had a title. she took off marks because it wasn't TIMES NEW ROMAN. she took off marks because Microsoft Word split the data table in half and she thought i did it on purpose.

and geo tseung kwan o assessment? 7, 5 out of 10, 8. she took off marks because i had no references. no one had references. why? she specifically said:

DON'T USE REFERENCES.

ugh. not in the bestest of moods. oh well. lets go listen to some music!

in school

why does geography exist? i do not know. in school now, trying to concentrate. just skipped piano. lucky for me and momma. because my sister has drama whatever so she can't make her normal tuesday slot. so i had to take it. but i just had a lesson on saturday! no way could i practice. so i wouldn't learn anything which would be unfair. anyway, can you tell i'm procrastinating? hmm. when i get home, i'm going to watch desperate housewives. YES, that is my guilty pleasure. sue me. oh, and cherry tomatoes. yum um um. how am i going to concentrate now.

today was my sister's birthday:) happy birthday baby girl! xoxoxo

so thats happy, happy, love, love. and you would think our adoring birthers would care a bit to stop their bickering for one day, yes? but oh no no, it just COULD NOT WAIT. they had to start an argument in the car about blaming and then it escalated at lunch. i dont mean escalated as in they stood up and waved their forks and spewed pasta all over the room; they used soft, dangerous, intended-to-hurt voices.

i hate those voices. that tone. its like..hiding poo with vanilla icing. yeah anyway, it was really uncomfy and they did that thing where you ask your kid to relay a message. example,

would you please tell your father to pass the gravy?

you know it? yeah. anyway, my little sister looked so small and miserable i wanted to slap the both of them. i mean really! talk about immature.

whoa there. when did i get to be so un self-centred!? :)) anyway, filled up my stockings for the china orphans. feeling warm and fuzzalicious. also bought a new schoolbag so that i can use the vaude one for camps and stuff. ALSO bought a new bible and a new book and new boots. holy shats BAG BIBLE BOOK BOOTS. dayumm..

but why am i the one getting presents? its leanne's birthday ): its okay. i'm planning on buying her a little creative zen mosaic mp3 player! go me. wanna see it? its pretty ahdorable.
